Grupo Siro Foundation

The desire and determination of Juan Manuel González Serna and Lucía Urbán López to create an entity with the necessary autonomy and power to oversee a group of companies was realised when the Grupo Siro Foundation was set up in 2007.

Juan Manuel González Serna, Chairman, and Lucía Urbán López, Vice-chair, are responsible for making sure that the founding principles continue to act as a reference for the Foundation’s day-to-day operations.

Juan Manuel González Serna (Founder and Chairman of Cerealto Siro Foods)
and Luís Ángel López (Founder and CEO of Cerealto Siro Foods)

Cerealto Siro Foods is a family business and dreams of its legacy lasting more than 500 years.

That’s why its owners have decided to hand down their company to the Grupo Siro Foundation and, through this foundation, to the almost 5,000 people who work for Cerealto Siro Foods.

The foundation will therefore become the next owner of the company and already holds a 5% stake in the group.
